Our quiet 1940's farmhouse will have you feeling you are at Grandma's house. Surrounded by beautiful, gently rolling hills, Our Place is kid friendly with plenty of room to roam or relax by the fire with family and friends. A detached garage is available for added security. We are a short drive to Kid’s America, Roscoe Village, Amish country and area wineries. No pets or smoking to protect guests with allergies. Very clean. Perfect for families or hunting groups. Escape to this cozy riverfront A-Frame along the banks of the Walhonding River. A true glamping experience for those seeking time outdoors, but with the comforts of home. Enjoy a memory foam mattress, down feather pillows, coffee/tea station, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, books/cards, heater and fan. Take advantage of the Blackstone Griddle, dining area with propane fire table, and wood fire ring with seating area. Outhouse style bathroom and outdoor shower with toiletries. No cleaning fee!

Tullihas in the Trees Off-Grid Treehouse

Tullihas in the Trees is an off-grid treehouse adventure. The treehouse has no electricity, no running water, no central heating, and limited cell service. There is a composting outhouse on site and potable water is available a short distance away. The treehouse is a great place to hammock, sit around the campfire, explore trails, and unwind while glamping on a lovely wooded farm. Sleeping bags are highly recommended during the cool months. The small propane heater will only take off the chill.

It is the perfect place for a romantic get away or to kick back and unwind with a couple friends, away from city noise. The cabin is located close to Amish county…there are lots of shops and restaurants within a short drive, with a spacious 7 person hot tub available for guests year round, as well as an outdoor and indoor fireplace for when weather is wintery.

Relax in this romantic getaway, soak in the hot tub and enjoy nature, or walk across the driveway and put a kayak in and travel the whole way down to the Ohio River. Enjoy many wineries in the area, or explore the historic Roscoe village in Coshocton. In the evening, relax with an outdoor fire or cozy up inside and enjoy the gas fireplaces
