1910 cozy Carriage House. This was a true proper carriage house that once, before it was converted, housed a horse and carriage on the first floor. Located just blocks from restaurants, shops, and theaters in Overton Square, the zoo, and Overton Park. Brand new mattress April of 2024!!! LOCALS-This is NOT a space for parties. There is only parking for 2 cars. Guest MUST be listed. Any other cars will be seen by neighbors and our exterior cameras and parties will be shut down immediately

The Lions Den

Newly constructed apartment just completed October 2018. Located in the lower level of our 100 year old historic home. The Lions Den is a cozy hideaway for travelers to call home. Guests enter the apartment through a lovely garden with fountain. There is private entrance and porch to enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail. We provide beverages and pumpkin bread and other conveniences. If you are traveling with more than 2 you may also book Lions Rest next door. We also include home tour.

Relax on the rooftop patio, or unwind indoors with our massive 85" 4K TV. The suite features a king-sized bed for supreme comfort, a well-stocked kitchen, and a dedicated workspace with fast WIFI. Perfect for work travel or visiting parents, our space offers a blend of luxury, security, and prime location.

Our historic neighborhood is located blocks from the highway, 7 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from midtown's best restaurants and shops, & 12 minutes from Graceland and the airport. Explore Memphis and rest in our charming cottage! During December, the cottage has a lovely Christmas tree. A second bed is available with a fee.

Modern Asian Private Pool House

In the heart of East Memphis, we have 1.5 acre gated enclave with beautiful, vast Asian gardens and a large pool. This 70 yo mid century pool house is a stand alone building with one large room with a queen sized sofa bed and a very comfortable Murphy bed and 2 complete bathrooms each with their own twin sofa bed, and a kitchenette complete with an ice maker so you will have plenty of cool drinks for around the pool. Because of COVID we have added UV lights in the HVAC system.

Very centrally located and near I-40 allowing you to be most anywhere you need to be in 20 minutes.

Our property isn't just a place to spend the night, its a destination. A place to relax. We have been blessed to call this beautiful farmstead home for over 30 years. Upon entering the property you will traverse along the winding drive, rolling hills, across the lake on the covered bridge, and up the hill to the log home. Be sure to look around for the many deer, geese, ducks, turkeys, and other wildlife that also call our farm home.
