Comfortable Single Room with Guest Bathroom

Bright comfortable single room and modern guest bathroom. South facing window looking out on to the village. Carpeted, has wardrobe, bedside cabinet and work area. Breakfast cereals and Tea/Coffee are in the room. Free WiFi, Central Heated. Approximately 5 minutes from North/South motorway links or railway station. Choices of local places to eat and great walks on the canal or to the coast. If you would like alternate check-in or check-out times please contact us. We happily welcome everyone.

Double room above the market town of Penrith.

We have one private room which can sleep up to 2 people. This can be set up as either double or twin room, please request your preference on booking. There is WiFi in the room The kitchen and bathroom are shared. We also have laundry facilities. Pets welcome. Parking is available. Penrith is the ‘heart of the Lake District’ and a good place to start discovering this wonderful area. We are only minutes from M6 junction 40. We welcome cyclists and walkers. There is a secure hallway for cycles.

We are locatedn the Three Peaks route and close to the Pennine Way/Dales way. The property is surrounded by the finest walking and mountain bike trails in England. One mile for the Ribblehead Viaduct/ Station which is on the Settle to Carlisle line. Full breakfast menu included. Please check out our other accommodations.

We are a family run Bed and Breakfast and pride ourselves on providing luxury and comfortable accommodation within our home and do all we can to ensure you enjoy your stay with us. High Park - perfectly peaceful, magnificent views

'Probably the best Airbnb we have stayed at.' Canadian guests, Sep, 2024. Our Lakeland Farmhouse, High Park in the English Lake District, is in the centre of a World Heritage Site. It was built in 1620, once owned by Beatrix Potter, surrounded by hills and trees, and with astounding views. At night, the silence is total. We offer a king-size double bed, satellite TV and WIFI, your own bathroom too with great water pressure and piping hot water. Plus your own downstairs sitting/dining room .

The single bedroom has a study area and a charming sitting room. There is plenty of wardrobe and drawer storage. Continental breakfast will be served in the breakfast room. Private room in family home with private bathroom

The house is situated on a quiet cul de sac in Kendal, a 10/15 min walk from the mainline train station, Oxenholme Station, and a 20-25 minute walk into town. The bedroom is on the ground floor with an ensuite private shower room. We are close to the hospital, ideal if need somewhere to stay if you are working there for a week or two. Breakfast is provided for you in the utility room, you are welcome to use our dining room.
