Located at the mouth of the Coquille River, it's charm and natural beauty make it a great place for a golf vacation or a place to relax and do some beachcombing. Enjoy this fully equipped home: * Upstairs great room with wonderful views, large TV * Oceanfront balcony to enjoy coffee or just the view * Full kitchen upstairs including granite counter tops, side-by-side refrigerator with ice in the door, Dishwasher, Gas cooking appliances. Fully equipped with cookware and tableware. * Breakfast bar and Family dining area. * Half bath upstairs for the great room. * Master suite featuring whirlpool tub and shower upstairs. * Two bedrooms with ocean views and full bath downstairs. * Two car garage * Laundry facilities * High speed wireless internet * Propane BBQ * High Speed Wi-Fi * Additional parking behind garage will accommodate boat or other vehicles. WE ALSO HAVE GOLF PACKAGES available with Bandon Crossings Golf Course- a great value and a great course, with special pricing for our guests. It is about a 15 minute drive to Bandon Crossings or Bandon Dunes Golf Resort. Kitchens are fully equipped and linens are provided. Sorry, no dogs or animalsof any kind, and no smoking, including e-cigarettes or vaping. These units are intended to be dander-free. We recommend an automobile, and have parking for 3 vehicles with 2 garage spaces and room behind for additional parking, including for a boat trailer. Most of our contact will be through email and on the phone. We are frequently in Bandon and our housekeepers are in town and any of us will be available in case of any problems. We have one of the most beautiful and picturesque beaches in the world. Our home is on the bluff overlooking the ocean with good beach accessat either end of the block. We are close to City Parkwith a kid's playground and friendly library. It's a short drive to Old Town's shops and restaurants, and about 5 miles south to Bandon Crossings' great golf or 15 minutes north to Bandon Dunes Golf Resort. Bandon, Oregon is a wonderful coastal retreat, with quaint shops and restaurants, a crabbing and fishing dock, and charter fishing. It has miles of lovely beaches, tide pools, wildlife, and pounding surf. There's lots to do: horseback riding on the beach, flying kites, kayaking through the Bandon Marsh, fishing for salmon in Coquille River, exploring the Sand Dune National Recreation Area (about a half hour drive), or serving as a base for day trips, such as south to the Redwoods National Park in northern California. GOLF: Some land is meant for Golf. Bandon, Oregon is one of those places. Bandon Crossings Golf Courseis a unique and interesting 18 hole course with carts available, and recommended as a hidden gem by Links Magazine, and ranked by GOLF Magazine in the top 100 courses in the US under $150. It's famous neighbor, the world class Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, includes the golf courses of Bandon Dunes, Pacific Dunes, Pacific Trails, Old Macdonald, and the Sheep Ranch. Everything you’ll need to prepare a quick snack or gourmet meal is provided in the bright and fully equipped kitchen. Memory foam topped beds, 100% cotton linens, and fluffy towels help to ensure a comfortable stay. You will find everything you need to feel right at home including SMART televisions with cable, high speed wifi, a washer and dryer, toiletries, a game room with foosball table, and plenty of board games, puzzles, books and children’s toys. Bayview Home is an ideal place for a family or group of friends to enjoy the beautiful Southern Oregon Coast! Bayview House may also be rented in conjunction with Bayview Cottage, a smaller home that sleeps 4 guests and is located right next door. Consider renting both homes together for larger parties or a gathering where families may want their own space. Together both homes can accommodate parties of 8 and each home has a full kitchen and a washer/dryer! Bayview home has a beautiful outdoor area that includes a fire-pit, bench, and table. During high-tide you can Stand Up Paddle or kayak right from the back yard. There are trails that head around the bay. Wildlife including egrets, deer, and geese often visit right out back! The house is located just a few blocks from Downtown North Bend, a small coastal town with shops, restaurants, antique stores and pubs. Located at the end of a quiet road next to a nature park providing ample opportunity to observe wildlife including deer and many birds. A short drive to several beaches and sand dunes for a day full of outdoor adventures. Plenty of parking for your toys including boats and trailers is available. World famous Bandon Dunes Golf Course is less than a 30 minute drive away! Conveniently located just a few blocks off of the Scenic Coastal Highway and a quick 5 minute drive to the North Bend airport. The house is fully handicap accessible with a ramp up to the front door and extra wide doors throughout the house. Please also note there is no barrier between the yard and the water (at high tide). Children will need to be supervised to ensure safety.

Most Spectacular Ocean Views - Westside Residence

The Point provides the most amazing OMG view of the ocean and beach of the Oregon South Coast and possibly the world. This 2-story unit, sleeps 4 and sits 100 feet above the water on our beach front property looking at the dolly dock pier and harbor to the east and Battle Rock and and a long stretch of beach to west. Walk to the end of the property and enjoy your favorite beverage on the deck on the cliff above the water. You have truly amazing views from our top-of-the-line studios.

Lakeview Oasis all to yourself...

To make our 3 bedroom 2 bath home more accessible during the winter off-season months, we superhosts are offering it at a one bedroom rate, with the understanding that guests will only use the one upstairs master bedroom and the adjacent bathroom, kitchen and living areas. This allows us to cut the cleaning fee in half and also gives you access to laundry if needed. This is a remarkable special. Welcome to our home by the Oregon dunes & beach. Close to everything when you stay here.. Ten minutes from the Dunes - try Atvs, sandboarding, hiking; 15 mins drive to the beach and state parks, Whiskey Run trails. Walking distance to restaurants.Fenced yard that is large enough for trailers, small boats& atvs. Pets welcome with an extra 70/stay cleaning fee. If pet excrement is noted in yard or inside the house, a 150 violation fee applies for biohazard cleaning.

Great Family Beach House Pet Friendly

Watch the sunsets from our windows. Or walk2 minutes to the Beach. Beach is famous for rock formations .The Beach House has, 2 Bedrooms with Queen Beds, 1 room has a Double bed . A Trundle Bed and a Twin bed are up in Bonus Room. Living room has a Queen Sofa Sleeper. Big kitchen stocked with everything you will need to cook or BBQ. We also have a 2nd Full Bath in garage with a heater ! .Please bring personal bath items with you along with Beach towels if needed.

Ridgecrest Cottage is a 2 story 1,600 sq ft house connected by and exterior staircase. It is a 2 bath 2 bedroom and has a sleeping loft with two additional beds. Our newly remodeled 1275sf ranch style home is located in a quiet neighborhood in Airport heights. It is centrally located and is just minutes to stores, shopping, beaches, dunes and several boat launches. We offer off street parking for two to three vehicles, plenty of on-street for large vehicles, a large kitchen, back deck, and a comfy living room for family gatherings.
