Seven Bays Lodge, Spacious, Luxury Lodge St Merryn

Cook up a storm in the sage-hued kitchen at this airy hideaway with a modern take on farmhouse style. French doors lead from the lounge to a spacious deck with seating and colour-changing lighting built into the rails creating a special atmosphere. The first thing you notice is how light and airy this wonderful space is. With a country style theme and fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, wine fridge, range cooker, microwave and washing machine, this lodge has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. The master bedroom is en-suite with a full size bath and shower and walk in wardrobe. The twin room is super spacious and has it's own smart TV so the adults can enjoy their own space in the wonderfully comfortable lounge - also with smart TV. With the addition of a double sofa bed in the lounge, the lodge can sleep 6. Free wifi is available throughout the lodge as well as Netflix and all linen and towels are provided. French doors lead from the lounge to a large deck with furniture and stunning colour changing lighting built into the rails to create the perfect atmosphere . The lodge is centrally heated and also has an electric fire in the lounge for the cooler winter months. We live locally in St Merryn just a couple of minutes away and so always on hand to deal with any queries as well as available on the phone throughout your stay. There is also a manned reception on the park. Seven Bays Park is a peaceful, family-friendly holiday park with a cafe, bar, and restaurant on site and St Merryn village minutes away by car. There are 7 wonderful beaches close by and the historic fishing port of Padstow is within a short drive.

Idyllic retreat just metres from Porthilly beach

Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

It's equally suited for families up to 6 or as a luxury retreat for couples. Renovated with a keen eye for detail with a private garden, log burner and central heating. Spacious master bedroom with king bed, twin room and an annex with a king size bed and shower room. Ideally located 1 mile from beautiful Constantine Bay and 3 miles from Padstow.

Stunning St Merryn Home, close to Constantine Bay

Jersey Cottage provides a fabulous, contemporary, and open plan space with 3 double bedrooms for up to 6 people. The kitchen is spacious, well equipped and a perfect place to entertain around a centre island. The lounge has two large sofas, smartTV and log burning fireplace. Sliding doors open up onto the patio. Each bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom is upstairs. It features a king-sized bed with access onto a balcony for fabulous views. The driveway parks 2-3 cars.

Sunnyridge is a contemporary 3 bedroom reversed accommodation property located in Porthcothan Bay between Padstow & Newquay. Walking distance to the beautiful sandy beach, ideal for families, swimmers & surfers and also located near the south west coast path. The property has fabulous views of the Ocean overlooking the bay from the lounge patio windows, and the sunsets are incredible! Easy access to all of Cornwalls attractions, the airport, bus stops and has off road parking for 2 cars.

This 17th century character cottage has been delightfully modernised and is full of unique features. It's situated on the Trevose Headland, just three miles outside of Padstow. This complex of old attached farm buildings have been lovingly restored and now provide wonderful coastal accommodation with easy access to Mother Ivey's Bay just beyond the garden path!, with Booby's Bay, Constantine Bay & the National trust Headland only moments away. Cornish cottage in beautiful village near Padstow

Dating back to 1835, this well-equipped detached house is set within the picturesque village of Little Petherick, situated 2 miles from Padstow. Which you can reach on foot along the camel trail and Saint's way. Our quaint courtyard garden at the front of the property is perfect for alfresco dining, whereas the cosy sitting room is relaxing, child-friendly and inviting after a long day of exploring! The property has parking for 1-2 cars, and also easy access to the bus stop in the village.

Beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath cottage with estuary views

Greenhorn is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi detached cottage in the historic town of Padstow. It offers open plan living downstairs. We’ve furnished our place with comfort and style in mind and welcome families and pets (£25 fee). Brand new shower room fitted March 2025 and water pressure improved. Off road parking for one car and a 5-10 mins walk from Padstow Harbour and town. Patio area to the side of the house as well as decking at the rear via bi-fold doors in the lounge.
