This comfortable, spacious, upstairs studio apartment is a great home base for exploring San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country. Downtown San Antonio and the beautiful Hill Country towns of Fredericksburg, Boerne, and Comfort, plus Six Flags Fiesta Texas and Sea World, are a short drive away. The apartment is private with free parking on site. A perfect spot for a family to stay while visiting the sites in all directions, plus it's a comfortable place to return in the evenings to rest and relax.

This guest house has its own private patio where you can watch the deer grazing and feed them if you like. Take a stroll down to the lake that’s 1/2 mile away, the Horseshoe and Whitewater are about 5 miles away. For more adventures there are 2 paddle boards available. The guest house easily sleeps 6 . We are close to Wimberley and Canyon Lake on the beautiful Blanco Rapids Ranch right on the Blanco River. You'll enjoy a picturesque setting with river access, hiking trails, pickle ball court and relaxation. We are well stocked, excellently decorated and wonderfully comfortable.
