Our two bedroom cottage is only a 3 minute walk to the beach and approx 20 miles from beautiful Snowdonia making this a great family base for walkers, cyclists and water sports lovers. Sleeping four/five comfortably with one king size bed in the master bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom; we have added a third single bed in the master bedroom to easily cater for a fifth guest. Quite and peaceful, with the gentle sounds of the nearby river and bird song. 15 minute walk to the beach with its beautiful golden sands, shops, pubs, restaurants, golf course, sailing club all with in walking distance. It is a good base for walking, touring, fishing etc. There is a secure building suitable for storing of bikes, golf club, etc.
