Lovely Cottage in Beaufort w/ State Park Beach Pas

This adorable but well-appointed farmhouse cottage is located just a few streets from the heart of DT Beaufort, in the desired neighborhood of Pigeon Point, with easy access to the boat launch. Just a few blocks from Bay Street and the Marina, where great shopping and outdoor dining with breathtaking views of the harbor await. A relaxed and inviting space, style, and beauty combine to make this special cottage a much sought-after resting space for a memorable vacation with your loved one(s).

Cara May Cottage

We love the laidback neighborhood, charming historic architecture, and the 5-block walk to the breezy waterfront along Bay Street. The cozy cottage is one bedroom, one bath, and a lovely living space on a postage stamp lot. The built-in breakfast nook is our favorite spot. Other features are the chic furnishings, 11’ ceilings, tall casement windows, and little front porch. Off-street private parking for one car and smart tv/wifi. The 400 SF cottage is named after the architect's daughter.

Historic Beaufort Carriage House (Wren's Nest)

Wren's Nest, a separate apartment on the upper level of Craven carriage house, is walking distance to downtown restaurants. The patio is a common space for all guests. Enjoy the ambiance, the outdoors space, the neighborhood, all the comforts of home. The carriage house is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. This unit is for adults over 18 only. NOTE: Guests must be 25 yrs old+ to rent. An extra cleaning is required for guests staying a month. A $50 charge will apply.

Meridian Rd. Guest House Walk to Restaurants/Parks

1 Bedroom Guest House. GREAT location. 15 minute walk over bridge to downtown. Bedroom has queen bed, living room has full size futon. Small Fridge, Microwave & Toaster in kitchen (No Stove/Oven). Quick walk to Fishing dock and Dockside restaurant PLEASE! put the correct amount of people. It’s a maximum of 3 people. There is an additional fee for a third person. There is parking for 1 vehicle. If additional parking is needed please inquire as to availability prior to booking. Thanks!

OCEAN VIEWS with easy Beach Access @ Pelican Alley

Ocean views directly across from the beach access! Spending the day at the beach was never easier; easy to set up a tent and bring coolers & chairs. Bring your favorite book and never leave! Retreat back to the spacious house to start your seafood dinner and drinks in a well-equipped chef's kitchen with new appliances and gas stove. Dine outdoors with ocean views & sea breezes in the screened-in porch with expandable pottery barn table, or air conditioned indoors on a big farm table.

Low Country Serenity at Palm Key

This water-front house is located in the Palm Key community, a secluded 350-acre nature get-a-way on the Broad River about 10 minutes from I-95, 30 minutes from Beaufort and Parris Island, and 45 minutes to Hilton Head and Savannah, Georgia. Grocery stores and restaurants are located 15 minutes away in Ridgeland. If you like to cookout, we have a park style grill in the backyard. Relax in the shade of the Spanish moss covered live oak trees.

Romantic Cottage for 2 - 10 min walk to downtown

The cottage was completely renovated in June 2022 and it is in heart of the National Historic District of Beaufort and only a 10 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants and only a 2 minute walk to Bay Street and the Beaufort River. The cottage is also only a 10 minute drive to Paris Island and 20 minute drive to the beach and we provide a pass to the Hinton Island State Park / Beach.

"Oyster Bed" is a one bedroom, one bath apartment in center of historic downtown Beaufort, SC. This 2nd floor apartment comes with a full size bed, antique leather chair, flat screen TV, bathroom with shower, and a kitchenette with coffee maker, refigerator / freezer, and microwave.
