Originally built in 1885, this cozy little place is located just off the historic town square in downtown Tellico Plains and is within walking distance of the Tellico Grains Bakery, Charles Hall Museum and Cherohala Skyway Visitor Center. The “Garage” is a Rare and Unique Space created in a Vintage Garage without disturbing its Character or Charm. This Space Consists of Two Floors, A quaint Kitchenette is located on the first floor as you enter, equipped with a microwave, small refrigerator, toaster and coffee Pot. Up 14 steps to the Second floor and you will Find a Large Bedroom and Full Bathroom. A Stay Like no Other.

Tellico is home to world-class trout fishing, an abundance of hiking trails and waterfalls, as well as 3 rivers close offering whitewater rafting, kayaking, and tubing.

Our property consists of 6 cabins and 5 tiny houses. Steps away from the Cherohala Skyway and within the town boundaries, our cabins are located in a meadow with mountain views. We are just minutes from all the popular attractions, restaurants and town events. We are walking distance from grocery shopping and area restaurants.
