This beautiful studio is in a private house on one of Savannah's barrier Islands. It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. Beachfront gated no smoking complex on quiet North end of Tybee. No pets allowed. The 3rd floor condo with elevator assess faces the Savannah Bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy your morning coffee on the furnished balcony while you watch the big cargo ships pass by or dolphins playing in the surf. There is no wave action unless a big ship comes by. This condo is ideal for a couple or a small family but can accommodate 2 couples. Has 2 pools/2 tennis/1 pickleball.

Our place is located on beautiful Wilmington Island, half way from Downtown and Tybee Island a GREAT LOCATION. The views are amazing marsh, creek, and Johnny Mercer Bridge. We are very close to local restaurants, arts culture, parks. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children bring or rent your equipment P&P, gates ECT). Owners lives on site apt. attached. This is a cottage/bungalow the ceilings are a little lower than normal.

Savvy Marsh Private Queen Suite with Den

OTC-022724 1 Queen bed, 1 bath private guest suite. Private entrance and HVAC controls. Living room with TV and kitchenette. Kitchenette has microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. you have to walk up a spiral staircase to get to the balcony entrance. This is a large property and there are multiple guest suites. There is another guest unit adjacent to this one and you may hear noises from the nextdoor unit. If you are very sensitive to noise I would not recommend booking this.
