🏖️ Kom met het hele gezin (ook huisdieren!) tot rust in dit vredige toevluchtsoord met 2 slaapkamers. Geniet van het uitzicht op het water vanaf het overdekte dek. Ontbijt buiten in de afgeschermde ruimte. Wanneer de rivier ontspannend is, kun je dan op de Sandbar die vaak piekt. Het is een traktatie voor volwassenen, kinderen en harige familie. Ga naar de stad naar lokale winkels , eetgelegenheden en bars, of blijf buiten en vis van de rivieroevers. Hier kun je ook je taart en kers krijgen - op slechts vijf minuten afstand van DeWitt, IA.

Het huis is gelijk aan één verdieping met een vrijstaande garage voor twee auto 's. Toegankelijk via het steegje achter het huis. Langs is een verharde parkeerplaats. Het huis is schoon en comfortabel met verduisterende jaloezieën. Centrale verwarming en airconditioning om het huis comfortabel te houden. Het warme water heeft nooit meer op, omdat het een warmwatersysteem van Richmond gebruikt. Er zijn ook vier plafondventilatoren. En er zijn meerdere oplaadpunten aanwezig voor je telefoons, tablets, computers, enz.

The River Lodge at Wide River Winery is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-full-bathroom house with a spectacular view of the Mississippi River just north of Clinton, Iowa (across from Fulton & Savanna). Guests are invited to the winery to sample our award winning wines. The Bluff Trail has stunning river views - a hiker's dream. Guests are welcome to tour the vineyard and winery to see where it all happens. Dogs are invited to stay (for a fee). Please share the number of guests.
