Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere Wi-Fi met een speciale werkruimte voor thuiskantoor, een tv en airconditioning. Deze accommodatie biedt niet: handdoeken. De accommodatie is gunstig gelegen, vlakbij het treinstation. Er is gratis parkeergelegenheid in de straat. Eén huisdier is toegestaan.
