Το σπίτι βρίσκεται δίπλα στη θάλασσα. Η θέα που προσφέρει είναι μαγευτική! Οι εσωτερικοί χώροι είναι καθαροί και πλήρως εξοπλισμένοι με ότι χρειάζεται ο επισκέπτης. Δραστηριότητες που μπορείτε να κάνετε εκτός τα ατελείωτα μπάνια και την απόλυτη χαλάρωση στο μπαλκόνι και την αυλή του σπιτιού είναι πεζοπορία από ιδιωτικό μονοπάτι μέχρι την γραφική Νταμούχαρη,ψάρεμα,βόλτες με τα πόδια στον Αη Γιάννη! Το διώροφο κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στην μέση ενός καταπράσινου έλαιο περιβόλου με θέα το Αιγαίο.Μεσω του μονοπατιού που περνά δίπλα απ το σπιτι,σε 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια βρίσκεσαι στην ονειρεμένη παραλια του Χορευτου.Η απόσταση με αυτοκίνητο είναι 5 λεπτά το πολυ.Ιδανικό για ανθρώπους που θέλουν να ξεφύγουν απ το θόρυβο και την ένταση της πολης.Ακουγωντας μόνο το θρόισμα των φυλλων,το τιτιβισμα των πουλιων και τα τρεχουμενα νερα, κάθε φυσιολατρης θα ερωτευθεί το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα.
