Escape to paradise in a stunning 1-bedroom condo within the Sandestin Resort. Breathtaking sunset views of the Gulf. Renovated condo offers a luxurious retreat. Relax by the lagoon pool, complete with a waterfall, hot tub, and poolside bar. YOUR Paradise awaits!.. They are doing exterior renovations to our building through October so there may be some noise outside as they are recoating the balconies and painting the exterior. I has reduced the nightly rate to reflect this inconvenience.

Village of Baytowne Wharf Studio at Grand Sandestin Resort 2nd floor, free Wi-Fi and Resort Tram Access inside Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. We are at the Sandestin entertainment area. We offer our own nicely decorated and very well maintained condo, Netflix subscription and beach chairs & umbrella. Studio has a King bed and a sofa, a kitchenette with microwave, kitchen sink and a mid size refrigerator together with a full bathroom and a large balcony overlooking courtyard and pools.

Location! Location! Location! Only a three minute drive to the white sand beaches of the emerald coast, and only two minutes to downtown! This cute condo will not disappoint with it's beachy decor. This condo is open and airy with lots of natural lighting. Has balcony seating for those breezy summer nights. Free parking, beach chairs, and a laundry room offered inside unit. We also offer a huge weekly and monthly discount rate. No pets policy. No parties. No smoking inside unit.

Sun-kissed condo, fantastic location w/shared pool

LOCATION!Baytown Wharf . One of the only studio floor plans with an L-shape layout making it feel like a one bedroom. Washer and dryer in unit .The wet bar- style kitchenette provides the cooking tool you need without sacrificing space . The bathroom is featuring a shower/tub combination. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room and lengthy darkening drapes will keep the interior cool and comfortable. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony!

Pool paradise with 75" TV - close to beach

Newly renovated condo with spectacular pool area close to the beach. *NO EARLY CHECK INS POSSIBLE DURING HIGH SEASON (March-October) during off season it depends on booking situation (back2back bookings) *RESORT FEE: separate charge not included in the initial charge. There is a resort fee due a few days prior to check in which we will request separately ($25/night). We have to charge separately as we are using a PMS that doesn't allow to add this charge.
