The “Beach House” is a guest cottage at Snug Harbor, a 2 acre private property overlooking the Rappahannock River and Chesapeake Bay. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, this well-appointed cottage has beautiful water views and includes access to our private beach & dock (with guest slip) with use of our paddle boards and kayaks. The cottage’s 1st floor features an open liv/din/kit area, full bath with large shower and a covered patio. The 2nd floor features a large loft bedroom with a queen bed.

Situated in a charming waterfront and sailing community, this separate and private unit has: parking, 1 bath, queen bed, kitchenette (limited-no range), TV, high speed WiFi and Bluetooth speaker. Wake up to the cluck cluck of our four resident chickens who are tucked away in their attractive coop. Sit on the porch and take in the view!

Enjoy your stay in this fabulous pool house located in a quiet neighborhood. Relax poolside during the day and enjoy the outdoor bar and kitchen for cocktails at sunset. Breathtaking views all around. Just 50 minutes from Baltimore and Washington DC and 10 minutes to historic downtown Frederick. This lovely guest cottage is located in the historic district of Oxford, walkable to town attractions and restaurants. While the main house is a registered historical property built in the 19th century Victorian style, the guesthouse is charming and well decorated with modern comforts. Privacy abounds at this waterfront one bedroom guest house with breathtaking water views throughout. The Crab House is located in the boating community of Stoney Creek. It is 20 minutes from BWI airport, 30 minutes north of Annapolis, 20 minutes from Baltimore's Inner Harbor and an hour from DC.
