A great location, northside. A must see. Across the street from Mt McSauba nature preserve trails for hiking, 5 minute walk to Lake MI dunes with a beautiful beach & a 2 minute walk to watch the sunset. 2 miles from downtown. Wheelway Bike path & disc golf. Very cozy atmosphere with a fully equipped kitchen, bring your essential oils and relax in the jacuzzi tub, very comfortable beds, fold down couch and cot if needed , washer/dryer, relax by the wood fireplace Sept-May, Fire pit May-Sept

Modern updated Boyne Mountain studio condo in the Villa perfect for a small family or group. You will be a short walk to all the Boyne Mountain amenities and restaurants. The closest lift is a walkable 100 yards away. This condo is comfy, cozy, and bright. With a wall of windows, natural light floods this beautiful condo. Gorgeous, remodeled ski in/ski out condo, at base of Boyne Mountain. Perfect location at heart of all that Boyne Mountain has to offer. Short walk to Avalanche Bay Waterpark and everything else at the base of the Mtn. And, Pet Friendly. This is the location you have been hoping for. Very clean with outstanding amenities. Good hopping off point to Boyne City, Petosky, East Jordan, Charlevoix and Harbor Springs...Mackinaw Island only an hour away.
