Also close to shopping plazas and a robust downtown shopping district. The house is dog friendly with a fenced in yard and has three porches to look out over the the river valley.

Charming, year around cottage. Nothing beats being in the middle of our pristine lake or sitting on the deck watching nature in all her glory! And when you're ready for something a little bigger, Lake Michigan is a short drive; along with world famous Legs Inn (closes mid Oct) as are the "big" cities of Petoskey, Harbor Springs, and Mackinaw City! Walking distance to Moosejaw restaurant when you don't want to go anywhere! Incredible fall color change. Be prepared to not want to leave!

Summertime: Golf, boat, fish, kayak, paddle board, water ski & tube during the day. Fire pit for relaxing at night. Beach House Restaurant (summer only) across the lake with sunset views. There is no lake access at the cottage, private dock is available at our home a few doors down. Wintertime: 4 miles to ski & snowboard Boyne Mtn, Avalanche indoor waterpark too! 9.6 miles to Jordan Valley snowmobile parking. The large field stone fireplace is perfect for cool evenings and the spacious screened porch is ideal for relaxing summer evenings with lake breezes.
