Luxury traditional stone farmhouse, stunning views

Built in the 1700s and modernised in 2019 Shiloh Farm is a stone built farm house, near Delph, Saddleworth surrounded by acres of farmland and moorland. With two country pubs within walking distance and all the attractions of Saddleworth no more than 3 miles away you'll have plenty to see and do during your stay. Situated at the end of a no through road, Shiloh farm is the perfect location to get away from the hustle of the city whilst being only a 30 minute drive from the center of Manchester.

It's close to Old Trafford; Salford Quays, the universities; Manchester theatres and the airport. Quiet yet central location. Close to bars, restaurants, take always and walks in the local countryside. Great access to local transport networks including motorways, bus links and steam train. The space The accommodation has 2 double bedrooms (the main bedroom boasting a super king size bed). Both have a 55 inch wall mounted smart TV. Downstairs is a well equipped kitchen with dining table and benches. The living room is spacious with a very comfy sofa, 55 inch smart tv and work space

A Cosy Home from Home

A lovely home for a small family, couple or individual.. + your furry friends! Cosy up and watch a film or your favourite series on the sofa or in bed with the two smart TVs provided. With the fast wifi and the desk & chair, working from home will be no problem. Heading out? The Rochdale canal being right behind the house makes it a great spot to go for a light stroll to the pub, a longer walk to Rochdale or even to Manchester City centre, or a chance to get out the fishing gear.

Dove Cottage.

Welcome to our cute converted stone outbuilding in a quiet part of the village which is a small village on the Woodhead Pass on the edge of Manchester and the Peak District. It is ideally situated for walkers enjoying the Pennine Way and Longdendale Trail. There are good road and public transport links to the village. Guests will have the privacy of the cottage but we are available in our family home opposite. Additional fees are added for early check in and check out
