Appartamento in residence di recente costruzione, arredato con cura nei minimi particolari. E' situato al secondo piano (terzo fuori terra) ed è dotato di due balconi con vista lago e sulle montagne. Accesso alla piscina maggio a settembre. Parcheggio riservato e gratuito. Il comodo ascensore permette un agevole accesso anche alle persone con mobilità limitata.
