Perched atop a hill overlooking the Derwent River, the house features a large deck & outdoor wood fire pit, as well as a private bath deck. Please note; 29 Ebden's bedrooms are double (queen) share. 15 minute walk to Deloraine Township, river and eateries, 40 min.to Launceston & Devonport, 1.5hrs to Cradle Mountain. Built in 1875 this cottage has several internal steps which may not be suitable for everyone. Renovated in 2015 a few walls have been moved, & a few luxuries added, to compliment the cottage there is magnificent views, & with views there must be hills. A bbq & a hammock on the deck for those who wish to relax. Suitable for a maximum of 4 people. fully self contained.
