Dein sonniges Ferienhaus am See - komm mal raus...

Im Frühjahr 2020 haben wir das Grundstück erworben, es hat 5 Ferienhäuser. Dieses hier, die Nummer 7/1, haben wir gerade erst im vorigen Jahr mit sehr viel Liebe komplett renoviert und nun freut es sich auf dich! Das sonnige Ferienhaus liegt etwas erhöht als erstes Haus auf dem Grundstück, fängt die Sonne für dich ein und hält sie (hoffentlich die ganze Zeit ;) ) für dich fest. Das sonnige Ferienhaus hat ein Wohnzimmer, die Küche mit Essplatz, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und das Bad mit Dusche.

Beautiful and fully renovated -Casa dei Pescatori All new and fully equipped with comfortable beds lake front but also historical centre. all facilities nearby Airconditioning on all 3 floors High speed internet smart TVs Washing and drying equipment. Small kitchen No pets! No smoking! 50 meters from Lago Maggiore. Sunbathing area in front of the door Next door to delicious restaurants like "Mira Lago". One of the best restaurants. 100 meters from the Ferry to Arona and the Borromeo Islands.

Appartamento con magnifica vista lago al piano rialzato di una villetta, completo di elettrodomestici, stoviglie, utensili, cucina e pentolame, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e prima pulizia. È ad un minuto da una bellissima spiaggia sul lago di Caldonazzo. Comprende accesso privato con possibilità di parcheggio macchina e terrazzo esterno con bbq.
