The villa, fully renovated inside and outside, sits on a unique private beach leading to the beautiful shallow Bay. Ten Bay is located in central Eleuthera on the Caribbean side of the island, close to Palmetto Point. It is excellent for swimming, kayaking, and snorkeling. The water is calm and shallow with a clean sandy bottom. The beach is protected from rough waves and is well known for its clear water, which is excellent for children with a clean sandy bottom and shallow for a long way out.

The charming, stand-alone cottage is situated in front of the main house on South Beach Estate (not rented). Availability is subject to when the owner is not in residence. Ocean Breeze, steps to beach, Generator, Starlink!

Ocean Breeze is a beautiful 3 story home situated centrally on Eleuthera, and only steps from a gorgeous pink sand beach! Our home features plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the sea air with lush landscaping to make you feel like you are in your own oasis. We also have twice filtered water (safe to drink!), a washing machine and dryer, a backup generator, Starlink internet, and more. Real, Working Lighthouse with Secluded Beach

Palmetto Point Lighthouse is a working lighthouse that is located on navigational charts of the Bahamas. The house is directly on the Atlantic Ocean and has commanding views throughout. A paved walkway leads from the lighthouse to an intermediate level patio followed by a staircase to the secluded beach. It's a spacious, well-appointed residence with a living area, dining area, three bedrooms, and two full baths. WiFi and a Smart TV plus a DVD player.
