Our peaceful home is located a short walk from the back bay of Los Osos. Its new design makes for a restful getaway with its luxurious bedroom, hot tub, and soothing bath. Our home is close to many local favorite hiking, biking, kayaking, surfing, and paddle boarding locations such as Montana de Oro and Morro Bay. The outdoor patio is the perfect setting for a family bbq with a lawn for your pets to play. A short distance away is delicious cuisine, coffee shops, golfing, and local art studios.

THERE IS A $20 PER PET PER NIGHT FEE with a limit of 2 dogs. 5 minute walk to the beach 2 miles south of the Cayucos pier and 4 miles north of Morro Rock. This is an attached studio, one block from beach and very spacious. The house upstairs is our home/rental (so expect some noise). Room is a converted workshop, so it's a little industrial but we have done a lot of work to fix it up pretty cute. Wide open space. Space heater included. Use of fridge, coffee maker, microwave and water heater but otherwise no 'kitchen'. Bathroom w/ shower, toilet & sink. No pets from January-May (memorial) as we will have ours but allowed from June on.
