Located next door to The Governor Generals home is this Iconic 200 year old building loaded with History. The Famous Lucy Maud Montgomery used to live in this building while attending University. Built in 1894, this beautifully renovated one bedroom apt has lots of character and is equipped with all of the essentials. It is self contained with a separate entrance. Enjoy the convenience of the North End - walking distance to amazing cafes, markets and restaurants. We live upstairs and go to work early, so we ask that our guests are quiet. We do not have a driveway. You can get a parking permit to park on the street day and night by visiting the HRM parking link

The Flat has a private entrance, hardwood floors, modern kitchen, renovated bath with walk-in shower, two living rooms (one with sofa bed) and a private, fenced back yard. Two bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed. Guests have a dedicated parking spot and easy public transit: the #7 bus stop is right outside.
