Completely renovated, 2 bedroom, 2 bath end unit condo at 8 1/2 Marina Village - easy ICW and beach access. Dock your boat in the private marina just outside the back door in our 45' boat slip or enjoy one of the many amenities that our community offers. Play tennis, pickleball, go to the pool or just relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the deck. The beach is just a short 5 minute walk away. Two bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. are also available for you to use.

Welcome to the serenity of Salter Path, this well appointed 2 bedroom, 2 full bath ocean view condo sleeps 4 and features gorgeous birds eye ocean views off the top floor large balcony and every amenity you need to make for the perfect beach vacation, including an elevator! Fully stocked "cooks" kitchen, tasteful furnishings. The community offers a pool and hot tub (open April to end of September) and covered parking for two cars. Linens are provided and also a washer/dryer is in the unit.

Spectacular top floor, end unit condo with the most magnificent panoramic views from both the balcony and living room. This 650 sf, 2 bedroom/ 2 bath unit is just steps away from the beach and pool. The awesome amenities include an indoor pool, an outdoor pool w/ 150 water slide, hot tubs, tennis and basketball courts, a playground and more. Listen to the ocean from our balcony and watch the dolphins play! We love our slice of paradise and would love to share it with you!

My place is close to restaurants, shopping and the BEACH. You’ll love my place because of the friendly neighborhood, access to shops, Fort Macon, Aquarium, Marina and modern amenities. My place is good for couples, small families and girls weekend trips. Kitchenette includes microwave, mini-fridge, sink and coffee (NO STOVE/oven). No pets, no smoking. BRING YOUR OWN linens and towels.
