Stroll our cut flower gardens ( in season) and beautiful property grounds with unparalleled views. Our desire is for folks to unwind, rest, restore, and rediscover the beauty of nature.

(all within 3 miles) We are central to Gettysburg and Hershey (30 miles), Harrisburg,Carlisle, Boiling Springs, Allen Berry Play house, the Appalachian Trail, and LeTort Spring Run! (all within15 miles)

This is a spacious downstairs apartment in a beautiful newer house in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment has private entrance and a yard. There are two bedrooms. If your party has more than two people, or if you need two separate beds, there is an additional $20 charge for the second bedroom per night. The house is located close to I-81 and highway 322 less than 10 minutes drive from the state capitol and the beautiful Susquehanna river and 25 minutes from Harrisburg International Airport.

This in-law apartment is connected to the host's home, but with private entrance, and has everything you need to feel at home away from home. Beautiful quiet country setting but only 5 miles from turnpike and other major routes, as well as grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants and shopping. Midway between Gettysburg, Hershey, Harrisburg & Lancaster Amish country . Near Ski Roundtop, Messiah College, Naval Depot. Sightings of turkeys, deer and more in the back yard are not unusual.

Your family will love having this historic B&B all to yourselves! Originally built to be a tavern in 1790, this 230+ year old building now features all the modern amenities families enjoy. We provide breakfast foods and other treats for you while giving you 100% privacy to make you feel right at home. Here you will find a quiet, simple place to stay with a nice view overlooking the creek. It has all the necessary amenities. Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher. Full size washer and dryer. There is a small porch overlooking the creek. Sony 50" smart tv Keurig with a complimentary assortment of coffee pods. This cabin has its own private fire pit. Pets are welcome, there is a once per stay $20 pet fee. Two pets maximum please. No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed.

Cozy Farmhouse Cottage

This cottage was once the washhouse for the adjoining 1790's farmhouse and has been recently renovated into a cozy retreat, overlooking the quiet fields and rolling mountains of Boiling Springs. The queen bed in the loft and double bed in the back room offers flexibility for a quick getaway or long-term stays. Head to the private deck for a meal and view of the sunset in the evening. Carlisle is just up the road and Harrisburg is only a 25-minute drive. Come and be refreshed.

Situated in a quiet neighborhood outside a small Pennsylvania town, we offer a full private basement apartment. You will have access to two off-street parking spaces, a semi-private deck outside in our beautiful gardens and a private entrance to the apartment. Inside you have a bedroom, full bathroom, and open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room all to yourself. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen mattress available to set up in the living room.
