This 8.2 acre property has plenty of space The Spring fed lake is clean and inviting, only 3 other neighbors have access to it but we actually own the dam so we own the lake. 50 feet deep ( it does taper so it is safe for kids) and is stocked with 4 types of fish. 7 bedrooms . Dual A/C Stocked kitchen, indoor outdoor games. Early check/out dependent on availability. The Cottage on Maple Hill is perfectly nestled just outside of Carrollton. It’s perfectly convenient and peaceful. Just 10 minutes from the Square and the SE Quilt and Textile Museum, 15 minutes from UWG and WGTC, and 45 minutes from Atlanta, the cottage is the sweet spot. With 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, one full bathroom, and a spacious living room and kitchen, the cottage is so homey! The front porch, rear deck, and yard space allow you to chill, grill, and enjoy the great outdoors.
