Waterside is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom poolside condo conveniently located between the waterway and beautiful Mexico beach. This unit is on the first floor with easy access from parking right into your front door. Once in your unit you will find a fully supplied, updated kitchen, living and dining areas as well as laundry. If you want to spend time at the beach it is just a short walk from the condo so this unit really gives you the best of both worlds. This location is an area favorite!

Relax and rejuvenate. This condo is a block away from the beach. Typically a 3-4 minute walk. Reservations include access to the pool, hot tub, grilling area and workout center. Condo comfortably sleeps 8: king bed, queen bed, bunk beds, queen sleeper sofa. Kitchen comes fully equipped. Washer and dryer are inside the unit for your convenience. The local coffee shop, ice cream parlor, restaurants/food trucks, and shopping can be accessed by walking down the sidewalk.

Beach Paradise-Perfect Ocean Views-Pool & Sauna

Great Beach condo in “The Club”, directly across from the Gulf/Ocean and beautiful sands. Perfect views and sounds from the two decks. The gulf/ocean is so close you feel like you are in paradise. A great oversized deck off the living and dining rooms. Also, another deck off the master bedroom. Completely remodeled, throughout the condo! Brand new appliances, TVs, vanities, all through the condo. Great pool and hot tub. This will be a vacation to never forget!!!!
