This house has 3 bedrooms with a trundle bed in the loft. 2 bathrooms including custom shower, soaking tub & heated floors with spa like atmosphere. Quartz countertops w/ eating island and heated kitchen floors. Wood stove, large front windows, front and back deck w/ BBQ. Well behaved pets welcome for fee.

There is room in the bedroom for a queen airbed if you are a couple and bringing a kid or two and don't mind the squeeze, but otherwise this is ideal for a couple. Welcome to our cozy cottage! We would be happy to invite you into our home! It sits on the Siletz Bay and looks out onto the water and Salishan Spit. From the backyard, you will see eagles, osprey, otters, and the occasional seal. Chill out by the fire pit overlooking the water, or take a soak in the hot tub and star gaze! There is no light pollution, so on a clear night, frequent shooting stars can be seen! Feel free to say hello to our Kitty, Coco! She may be around hanging out.

Comfort meets functionality meets style. Big 4k TVs, surround sound, fully equipped kitchen, everything you need except food, clothes, and a toothbrush. Boogie boards, crab pots, LED light strips in the 2nd bedroom for amazing ambiance. Netflix, electric fireplace, steps from the beach, short walk to shops and restaurants (or drive, it's your vacation, I wouldn't tell you how to spend it). Rockaway is a laid back town, great for getting away from the crowds and hustle.

1 minute walk from the beach. 3 minutes to downtown. Perfect for a romantic getaway. Pet friendly. Super peaceful at night and on a clear night you can star gaze. The tv that pivots. A new recliner couch as well. The shower is very small but there is a rain shower head. 350 square feet. Small and comfy. You will walk by the big house and their hot tub.
