A totally redecorated, light and spacious villa just a few minutes drive from all the hot spots of Ibiza such as the beaches and night life. Supermarkets are within walking distance. Lots of nice outdoors seating and lounging areas. Main house 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms , in the garden a lovely studio with a bathroom. Nice billard area.

The AC from the bedrooms is enough to cool the entire house, windows kept shut.
