Very well located apartment on the seaside promenade and in the center of town. Incredible views of the beach and the seaside, charming and practical apartment. Short distance of beach, restaurants, shops, markets, pharmacies...ideal for families and couples. Ideal for relaxing and visiting the Costa Brava, Girona (35Km.) or Barcelona (65Km.) Beautiful Golf courses nearby. We have improve the cleaning and desinfecction routine, following the advice of the competent authorities.

Très bel appartement, dans une résidence sécurisée, avec une place de parking privée. Idéalement situé, ce logement familial est proche de tous les sites historiques et des commodités. Situé a 500m du centre ville historique, en passant par la promenade du borde de mer, et à seulement 100m de la plage du Faubourg, des jeux pour enfants, des supérettes, et des restaurants.
