No running water from Nov-Mar. You can get water from spigot. Escape to the tranquil seclusion of our cottage, where nature envelops you in its embrace. Tucked 165 yards away from the busyness of our home with energetic kids, a wagon awaits to get to the back. The cottage exudes cozy charm, featuring a loft with sleeping pads, ideal for kids to claim their own space. Unwind on the wooden swing, enjoy panoramic mountain vistas. Before booking, review all details to ensure an unforgettable stay.

4500 sq. feet. Large gathering areas & roomy, fully-stocked kitchen. WIFI, pool/ ping-pong table, 8 TV's, Nintendo 64, DVD's, books, & toys. Full acre yard. Tramp, swing set, volleyball, pickleball, games, BBQ grill, picnic tables, BB hoop, hammocks, patio, deck. 10 minutes to USU & downtown. (I have a lock-out studio apartment on the west side of the house with a separate entrance. There is NO SHARED SPACE and NO CONTACT. You have complete privacy.) No special events are allowed.

Monte Cristo Yurt

Enjoy this spacious 24' yurt located between Monte Cristo and Hardware Ranch. It is tucked in a grove of trees and set up on the hillside, providing you with amazing views all the way around and stunning sunsets. We enjoy lots of wildlife in the area, especially a majestic herd of 5 bull moose who live on this hillside. This is the perfect place to get away and enjoy solitude and the great outdoors!

The Family Barn is a timeless, beautiful home.

This barn style house is nestled in the heart of quant Mendon, Utah. It has great mountain views and beautiful trees that surround the property. The house opens to a large great room with large picture windows perfect for entertaining large groups but cozy enough for smaller families. Please be aware there is an attached apartment with tenants not part of the rental.

Quiet, one bedroom.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. you will love how quiet it is. In the winter enjoy a warm fire inside. In the summer enjoy the fire pit outside. Spacious bedroom shared laundry room. Plenty of parking adequate kitchen, but definitely not going to be fixing any five star meals. There is always a beautiful sunset.
