(🎶 We are on a beautiful island, Heybeliada =) It’s 150 years old island house, Mansion of Hristo Nikolaidis. It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. There is natural gas, so warm at winter. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿

"eRa House Classy " is located at 4th floor with a Lift in the building. Just 5 minutes from Taksim square by foot and located in Cihangir Dist. IMPORTANT!.. There are stairs (downward) to building entrance ; after that we have elevator to the apartment. The stairs can not be suitable for disabled, elderly guests, and guest with infants.

My apartment is placed on Bagdat Street, it is a new building with one bedroom, one living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. There are lots of cafes, restaurants and markets around. Also dolmuş/buses are available on Bagdat Street, and Marmaray Feneryolu Station is in 5m walking distance.
