Petite Retreat; Artist Studio

Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

We look forward to hosting you in our clean, calm & private 2Br/2Ba just a couple minute walk to Butterfly Beach or the shops & restaurants of Coast Village Rd. For those traveling with kiddos we have a pack & play, high chair as well as kiddo plates & utensils. There is also an assortment of toys, coloring supplies & games for you & the little ones to enjoy. There's also a wagon, chairs & towels for your beach adventures. Butterfly Beach Retreat

Bring your kids or 2 friends!! Walking distance to Butterfly Beach, restaurants on Coast Village Rd and Rosewood Miramar Hotel. W/D in the unit (detergent & dryer sheets) and a kitchenette with cooktop, microwave and toaster oven to make your stay like home. There is also a small, gated, outdoor area with BBQ and 2 bikes for your use. Check in 2pm, check out is 10am. We allow 1 small/medium-sized dog under 45 pounds but ask that you give me the weight/breed before booking.

This newly remodeled, private guest house is walking distance to Coast Village Road, the Rosewood Miramar Hotel, and Butterfly Beach. The house has a gated private entrance with a keypad locked front door. You'll also have your own fenced yard and patio with outdoor amenities including a fire pit, ping pong table, and corn hole game. Other features include high-speed wifi, satellite cable TV, beach gear, child-friendly accommodations, and longer stays are welcome!

Charming detached studio with full kitchen, private patio and stunning ocean views. Quiet cul-de-sac ending with a hiking trail. Short stroll down the hill to Summerland beach, restaurants, wine tasting, and Lookout Park. Conveniently located equidistant from Carpinteria and downtown Santa Barbara. BEST LOCATION and private! In the heart of the lower village of Montecito you have a stylish separate cottage with private gated parking with a separate entrance. Walk everywhere! Play bocce or walk and shop at the Montecito Country Mart for dinner and ice cream. There is a private patio to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. Butterfly Beach is a 10-minute walk away. New bed, spacious bathroom, AC and heat, large TV and updates.
