Belle Monte is een heerlijk licht gevuld huis met 2 verdiepingen op hoge bluf met uitzicht op Middle Creek bij de Whale Branch rivier in Beaufort, SC. Bekijk prachtige zonsopgangen en bekijk de dolfijnen vanaf het bovendek of de veranda. Prachtig uitzicht op het water vanuit het grootste deel van het huis. Nieuw verlicht dok op diep water, dus neem je boot mee! Geniet van zwemmen (ladder aanwezig), kajakken of paddle boarding. Geweldige plek om te vissen en krabben. Goed uitgeruste keuken, open haard, gasgrill, afgeschermde veranda, speeltafel en meer!

We houden van de relaxte buurt, charmante historische architectuur en de 5 blokken lopen naar de luchtige waterkant langs Bay Street. Het gezellige huisje is een slaapkamer, een bad en een heerlijke leefruimte op een postzegelplaats. De ingebouwde ontbijthoek is onze favoriete plek. Andere kenmerken zijn de chique meubels, 11’ plafonds, hoge openslaande ramen en kleine veranda. Off-street privéparkeergelegenheid voor één auto en smart-tv/wifi. Het 400 SF huisje is vernoemd naar de dochter van de architect.

The Cottage at Burroughs has recently been completely renovated. A short walk or bike ride to downtown Beaufort restaurants and shopping, it is also just steps away from the Spanish Moss Trail and a short drive to Parris Island. The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beaches and trails at Hunting Island State Park - complimentary guest pass provided.

It has 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a sleeper sofa , 2 TV's, a full kitchen and all the amenities of home. Downtown Beaufort is 2 miles away, Parris Island is less than 5 miles away. In a quiet neighborhood. Are coming for a fishing trip and bringing your boat? Come stay with us , we have room for your boat. You can flush your engine and rinse your boat down.
