The kitchen is fully stocked. Linens and towels are provided. The bathroom is configured as 3 rooms allowing multiple people to use. Ski Locker/extra storage located just outside the unit. Only a few condos have this amenity.

Awesome mountain living right at the base of the resort! Great summer access to trails and mountain biking right out the door too! The Adventure Park is also a short walk/bus ride away in the summer!. Enjoy a nice hot shower in the remodeled bathroom after a day of hiking. The resort or town is the first stop from the condo on the bus route! Peak 7 and Peak 8 are just a 5-10 minute walk away! A large kitchen and living area accommodate a big group! It's remote and quiet, but accessible year-round: 2 hours from DIA, 1.5 hours from downtown Denver, and 50-mins from Breckenridge. Large kitchen (w/ fridge and antique stove), barnwood accents, huge 400sf deck, and historic decor from Como's gold rush. Dogs welcome, too.
