U Teodora Apartments

Our house is situated in Bratislava´s quite neighborhood Raca. This area is famous for its rich winemaking tradition. 5 minutes on foot from house one can find big area of wineyards, woods, swimming area suitable for sports activities such as cycling, tracking and swimming. Quality local restaurants, traditional wine cellars and pubs can be found within the same area. Our apartment house is modern, well maintained and suitable for up to 14 people with 5 separate rooms with own bathrooms.

Charming house in heart of Devin

No matter if you are looking for history, gastronomy, or bike/wine paradise, Devin is the place to visit. At this small, yet charming house, located in the very centre of it you can easily discover all of it. Feel free to park your car right next to the house and enjoy the view to Devin castle from the terrace. Your kids are very welcomed, they can watch TV while you are chilling upstairs. Also we would love to arrange a dinner appointment at some great local places, or rent you an ebike :)

Modern 2-room house with a garden near Bratislava

Beautiful 2 bedroom house (terrace) new construction in a quiet location. The house has its own parking in front of the house for two cars. The house has a beautiful private terrace of 10m2 and a private garden of 40m2. On the terrace there is a modern rattan garden seating. Very good access to the center of Bratislava 20 min by car and quick connection to the highway in about 5 min. To Vienna it is 1 hour by car. To Senec to the aquapark it is 19 min. to the center of Pezinok it is 10 min.

Ponúkame Vám ubytovanie v rodinnom dome s veľkou terasou v tichej štvrti. Dom s trochou inšpirácie a pohody. Komplet zariadený a vybavený každodennými potrebami na bez problémový chod domácnosti aj s malým dieťatkom. Na krok sú potraviny a reštaurácie. Do centra mesta, je to 15 min. jedným spojom MHD a na letisko do 8 min. Pešo zájdete do Avion SC alebo okúpať sa na Kuchajdu, či Zlaté piesky. Neďaleko je aj štadión Ondreja Nepelu, Nár.
