There is a shared driveway with the property owners who reside in the 75-year-old farmhouse they are remodeling.

New furniture, two large wall mounted TV’s, beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are available for your convenience. Sunday -Sunday weekly rental in summer season with the exception of July 11th, 12th weekend is available.

If you prefer to relax, you can sit on the 10' x 22' deck just outside the kitchen door, or by the fire pit, on a rocking chair or the swing in the open back yard, which is ideal for playing fetch with your dog.

The estate is located on 9 wooded acres that boast some of the areas last undeveloped maritime forest.
