Wake up with a coffee in the nook, or end the night with a drink by the pool. This home is 20 minutes from the Manatee Capital in Crystal River, never more than a short drive to any body of water. You’re just one hour to Disney parks and 10 minutes to Mermaid’s!

This one bedroom house offers one queen bed and a pull-out sofa to sleep a total of 4 people. The house offers a private boat ramp, docks, and quick access to the gulf. Includes Wifi, 2TVs, washer/drier, fire pit, grill, coffee maker. Enjoy sunsets, nature walks, and fishing from the docks. Clean, Clean, Clean! EVERYTHING is washed after each guest including sheets, towels, All blankets, bed comforters, and even decorative pillow cases. All handles, knobs, remotes and shower are sanitized.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Brand new build in the Highlands South area of Inverness, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. Minutes from downtown Inverness, shopping, restaurants, boat launch, parks and the Withlacoochie walk ride trail. Perfect get way whether for a few days or a snowbird experience. Pet dog friendly, however we do request prior approval. No smoking or Vaping on the premises. No parties.

YAY!! IT'S TIME TO KAYAK AND SWIM IN THE SPRINGS!! Welcome to this updated, lovely home in a charming, quiet "Old Florida" neighborhood! The bright living space includes a 50" smart TV, breakfast bar with stools and a dining table. The kitchen is EXTRA stocked! The KING SUITE has a bathroom plus there is a Coral Queen Room and a Groovy Twin Room (three beds) which share a hall bathroom. Orchard Street Retreat is just over a mile from downtown, boat ramps & all that King's Bay has to offer.

River Retreats Escape/Angler’s Paradise

Country setting, FREE use of the Kayaks and golf cart, or take the kayaks to Rainbow River, my place is on the “Withlacoochee River” so you would put in at the neighborhood ramp and paddle North to get to the Rainbow River. The KP Hole and Rainbow Springs State Park are 10-15 min away. You can bring your own boat, “there is a boat ramp in the neighborhood”, and local ramps in town. Relax by the fire in the evening. Peaceful, quiet and only 10 minutes from town for shopping and dining.

Cute, comfortable, and convenient home perfect for the whole family to relax in or kick off your adventures. Central to everything the area has to offer whether it is hiking, kayaking, tubing, golf, scalloping, fishing, scuba diving, biking, or even mermaids. The house is secluded and quiet. The neighborhood is not built out in this area. You will have to drive to any activity or to get supplies. The street in front of the house is a little rough but not bad
