Enjoy a relaxing getaway at this renovated 1950s era beach house located one block from the beach. It comfortably sleeps nine between two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a sleeping porch located within the heated and cooled space. With 1700 sq ft and an abundance of outdoor spaces, there is ample room for family and friends to gather or spread out. Flat screen TVs are located in the living room and all sleeping spaces. An additional bathroom, sink, and shower is located underneath the house.

Beautiful Spacious Beach house-walk to beach

Great beach house, only a 7 minute walk to the ocean across the lagoon bridge. Open floor plan, with recently remodeled kitchen and bathrooms including stainless steel kitchen appliances, an office work area, and a beautiful Carolina sun room off of the dining room. Includes access to two car garage with ping pong table. This beach cottage is located mid island with all the amenities of Palmetto Dunes close by, including kayaking, golf, tennis, pickleball, restaurants, and biking paths.

This home offers a heated screened pool keeping pesky bugs away and elevator. The main floor is open concept perfect for large families or groups to enjoy and socialize. Rear yard has BBQ, Spa and firepit and is fully fenced. 6 Person Golf Cart available for discounted rental rate. Not all dates will be available.
