The ever changing marsh and tide will provide you with spectacular views and wildlife site seeing. Amenities include pool and tennis courts, basketball court and gym. The main floor master bedroom has a comfy king sized bed with direct access to its own private deck. The upstairs bathroom accommodates 3rd bedroom with three single beds. Pet fee $70 per pet max 2 pets.

This cottage has a unique combination of being close to everything, while still maintaining a very private feel. The cottage is accessible by its private, dedicated drive. This new guest cottage has a King sized bed, as well as a pullout xl twin. The home boasts a large screen tv viewable from every angle, a full sized bath, full kitchen, exquisite outdoor shower, fire pit, full laundry, and all the amenities of home. 10 minutes to Beaufort/Parris isl. Boat parking available on site.

Sea Crest Surf and Racquet Club offers gracious southern living amid the subtropical beauty of Hilton Head Island. The resort features four private tennis courts, two outdoor pools (one heated), and jacuzzi. Resort is not on the beach, however guests have access to a third pool with deck and Tiki Hut overlooking the beach. A courtyard area includes shuffleboard, gas barbeque grills, picnic tables, and a playground. In the activity center, guests can play pool, sign out books and games.

This tranquil, private, river retreat has incredible views of the marsh and the Beaufort River. Located in popular Pigeon Point, you are just a short bike ride or a 20 minute walk to the historic district and downtown Beaufort. This spacious completely remodeled, top floor villa is within a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and everything else, including a seasonal pool, several restaurants, general store, wine bar, tennis, golf, kayaks/canoes, bikes, fishing and so much more. Each master/en-suite has two Queen beds and every amenity you could imagine. Bathrooms are spacious with closed off toilet/showers.
