La Concha Bay Lavish Regal Suite with Bay Views

Embrace the graceful beauty of this chic flat overlooking the ocean just by the beach. The home features stark contrasts amid neutral tones, rustic touches, an open-plan living area, custom furnishings, contrasting motifs, and two covered balconies with a lounge space. I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. La Concha Bay Suite has 110 square meters, and it is composed of a double room, bathroom and a big living room with terrace (there's no kitchen, but all the necessary utilities to heat cooked meals and have breakfast: you'll find a freezer, a microwave, a coffee machine and a boiler in the living room). The entrance is shared with a private apartment, but both are totally independent from each another. The views are breathtaking, La Concha beach is just in front of you, you can see Santa Clara Island, Urgull Mountain and Ulia Mountain. If you are a food lover, the best restaurants and tapas bars are 5-10 minutes on foot. La Perla Spa, one of the best spa centers in Europe, is just 5 min away, you can relax, exercise at the gym or have a massage there. The Suite is composed of a bedroom, a big living room and a bathroom fully equipped I will be next door and would be delighted to help you during your stay in San Sebastian! Facing the Ocean, the apartment is located in the very center of the city, and 7-10 minutes away from Old City where you can find the best pintxos bars and restaurants, shopping area and market. 10-15 minutes away from both the train and bus station. If you have a car to park, you can go to La Concha Parking, just down the street, the price is about 25€/day.

Notre studette indépendante de 40m2, au rez de jardin à une extremité de notre longère typique, est située au cœur de la campagne, à qq km des sites touristiques (Rochefort en Terre, Massif des Grées, Parc de la Préhistoire, Tropical Parc, Base de loisirs du Moulin Neuf, La Gacilly, l'Ile aux Pies, Zoo de Branféré, Brocéliande, Vannes...), à 35 min des plages, à qq minutes de toutes commodités (commerces de bouche et d'artisanat, centre médical, pharmacie, gare, supermarché, marchés à la ferme).

La cabane d’Irène / T1 bis port et plages du Betey

Situation idéale entre Arcachon et le Cap-Ferret. Andernos le Betey : à 100m du port et plages du bassin, 8 min à pied du centre ville... Accès direct piste cyclable, Biocoop et boulangerie à proximité. Plages océanes 15km T1 bis de 21m2 + mezzanine, situé dans la dépendance de notre jardin arboré au calme. Petite cuisine équipée, coin repas, canapé convertible, TV & barre son, s.d'eau, wc fermé, douche extérieure chaude ! Terrasse couverte 30m2 côté sud, table et repos au milieu des bambous !

HAPPY SOLO SEASIDE STUDIO

Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Main house and studio location seen on photo 14.

Studio cosy à la mer, dans la pinède

Mon logement est à 300m de la plage et du bourg à pied. Cosy et agréable, véritable havre de paix. Il a son entrée particulière par le garage. Il est situé au rez de chaussée de la villa ( rez de piscine) . il est dans une villa .Dans une propriété clôturée, vous gouterez l'air marin, les écureuils dans les sapins ainsi que la commodité d'un bourg actif avec son port et ses commerces. Vous apprécierez mon logement pour sa situation , son confort et son calme avec aussi le bruit de la mer!

Superbe gîte avec piscine intérieure chauffée

Dans le vignoble Nantais, notre gîte accueille 4 personnes maximum (enfant à partir de 5 ans) dans une ambiance calme et de détente. Fêtes strictement interdites. C'est 1 studio, attenant à notre maison, avec 2 lits en mezzanine mansardée et un Rapido convertible en lit dans le séjour. Terrasse privative à l'Est ; Accès à 1 partie du jardin à l'ouest. Accès direct à la piscine partagée de 12,50m x 4m couverte chauffée. 8h à 22h. De préférence RESAS à la semaine aux vacances scolaires.

T2 INDEPENDANT AVEC JARDIN proche forêt et plages

A 10 minutes du centre de Bayonne et de Biarritz , Jean et Isabelle seront heureux de vous accueillir à la maison Millet demeure ancienne qu' ils ont restaurée. Située entre le parc du Maharin et la forêt de pins de Chiberta, les plages Angloyes seront à 5 min en voiture ou à 20/25 min à pieds et accessibles à vélo par la forêt. Le logement en duplex comprenant un jardin privatif de 30 m² est une dépendance accolée à la maison des hôtes . Stationnement facile dans la rue .

Independent room within house.

This is an independent studio (within a newly finished house) with its own access to the street and cut from the rest of the house. There is a queen size bed, a bathroom & toilet Coffee & Hot water maker. There is a few restaurants (for all price range) near by No bikes provided but there is the possibility to rent them near by. Please note that: Pets are not allowed There is a TV but Internet is still under installation There is no Kitchen in the studio.

We welcome you to our home in a nice annex. We will share access to the house and the garden but you have accommodation with independent entrance to the living room offering a bed for 2 people as well as an equipped kitchen, a large bathroom and a bathroom. a separate toilet. The flower garden is an invitation to relax: deckchairs, lunch set, playground. All in a very quiet environment 500m from the beach and shops.
