PCB Townhouse with the ULTIMATE bathroom sleeps 6!

This updated townhouse is a 4 minute walk to the beach while it sleeps six adults without anyone having to sleep in the living room. The bathroom offers an amazing shower experience and you can easily wash all the sand and salt water off after spending the entire day on the beach. This is in the heart of PCB with a local grocery store less than a half a mile away. This townhouse has everything you will need to enjoy a day at the beach including cooler, 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and sand toys.

Golf cart rentals aval, We are centrally located to the areas main attractions and restaurants. Just a quick walk across the street from the beach. 2 numbered parking spaces right outside of the unit. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee/Keurig maker,Espresso machine.

Beautifully renovated beach house. Perfect for couples or a small family. Just 450ft walk to the beach! That's a 2 min walk! Entire upstairs is the master suite w/ attached bath & beautiful walk-in shower. Complete w/ a comfy king size bed. Main floor living room has a queen murphy bed(sofa isn’t the most comfy but I chose bed over comfy sofa) , a half bath, Full kitchen/dining area w/ everything you need for daily meals. A small fenced in yard w/ turf for pets. Smart tv, WiFi & laundry room.

2BR Townhome. Walk 2 Beach . Bring the Pup 4 Free!

Our townhome is a great alternative to the crowded, local hotels. It has a pool right outside the backdoor and is about a block from the beach. You can relax on your balcony as you watch the kids play in the pool below. You will love to cook in the stocked kitchen with everything you need. The townhome is within walking distance to a popular local bar and an amazing coffee shop but out of the major traffic areas of PCB. You will not regret staying at this cozy beach townhome. Dogs stay free.

You have finally found your new beach spot! 1 bed 1.5 bath townhouse perfect for your family vacay, beach retreat or stay-cation. Just steps from the Gulf and beautiful white sand beaches. Queen bed upstairs and a twin day bed with pull out trundle downstairs accommodating 4 guests comfortably or the trundle is also perfect for children. Could easily set up an air mattress or could utilize the couch for total strict Maximum occupancy of 6. Private outdoor area w/fire pit, grill, and shower.

Gorgeous well stocked duplex just steps from the beach! This unit is great for the family trip to the turquoise waters and white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. When you aren't at the beach, take a swim in the pool in the back yard. This home is a 7 minute drive to Pier Park and 8 minute drive to Rosemary Beach / 30A. 2 Bed / 1.5 Bath. This unit shares the pool area with it's identical twin (unit B). Each unit has their own private back deck with grill and outdoor dining table.
