Este lugar tiene una ubicación estratégica: ¡será muy fácil planear tu visita! Nos encontramos en el corazón de zona dorada, con acceso directo a la playa y una vista hermosa tanto desde la recámara principal, como desde la cocina, sala, balcón etc. Puedes salir a caminar por zona dorada sin ningún problema o a la playa si así lo deseas, el edificio tiene amenidades para ti como una gran alberca climatizada, gimnasio, biblioteca, ludoteca, etc. A 3 min en coche del malecón (aprox 10 min a pie)

Private beach access. Playa Brujas most consistent surf breaks in Mazatlan! 4 km of cleanest quietest uncrowded Maz beach to walk along. Great restaurants outside gates, also 4km of well lit beautiful bike/walking trail!

You’ll love our place because of the beach location, the people, the ambiance, the outdoor space that includes a quite pool and kiddy pools, and the gated, secure neighborhood. This condo is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. A short walk down the beach to restaurants, surf area & other activities. Near the beach and right in Golden Zone. Located at second floor. A short walk (6 minutes) to Camarón and Gaviotas beaches. Outdoor gym, Starbucks, vegan restaurants, Panama, artisan ice-cream and the beginning of the shore sidewalk. Enjoy Mazatlan with family and friends. Building is 4 apartments, so it is quiet and relaxing. No crowds or noisy neighbors. Floor print is easy arranged. There is one parking spot with automatic garage door. This a perfect fit for a long stay or weekend getaway.

Pool view, Steps from the Beach, Brand new!!!!

This is a beautiful house in a private gated community less than a block from the beach. The community is a family friendly area with a great pool. We have a private balcony that looks directly onto the pool and a great patio area with a bbq for enjoying the day. This is a totally renovated house with all new everything (furniture, appliances, washer/dryer, bbq, HD TVs, wifi, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, air conditioning, and so much more.
