Ha un ingresso indipendente ed è situato in una silenziosa corte privata con giardino recintato. La dependence è dotato di quanto può rendere confortevole un soggiorno di vacanza per un massimo 4 persone. La struttura è situata nel centro di Follonica a 600 metri dal mare e 200 dalla stazione ferroviaria, vicina a tutti i servizi.

Base ideale per scoprire i tesori della nostra citta' e delle famose città d'arte toscane. Potrai godere del nostro mare e della cucina a base di pesce fresco . Caffè, tè, tisane, latte e biscotti sono offerti. Il quartiere, tranquillo e pittoresco, è a 10 min di macchina o 20 min in bicicletta dal Centro.

Through the garden you reach the villa, with a large living room and terrace overlooking the garden towards the sea. La villa è ubicata poche decine di metri sopra la riva del mare, interamente ristrutturata nel 2019-20 ed arredata e corredata con grande raffinatezza e funzionalità; è situata nella baia di Pareti, sul versante occidentale di Capoliveri, uno dei più tipici e affascinanti borghi dell’Elba, che alla sera pullula di negozi e locali aperti sino a tardi, e che dista poco più di 2 km.

Cosy house at Porto Azzurro

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
