Lazy Bear Lodge is a "Full Service" Bed and Breakfast retreat situated in the North Carolina Mountains of Valle Crucis. The Lodge is a custom-built five-bedroom modern log cabin perched on 23 acres of mountainside property overlooking spectacular vistas of the Blue Ridge Mountains and valley below. We are centrally located and only minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, Boone, Blowing Rock, and Banner Elk. Complimentary full breakfast, snacks & beverages are included during your stay.

The Duke Room

Welcome to Duke, a regal castle bedroom situated on the second floor, exuding the timeless elegance of Neo-Classical design. Offering accommodation for up to two guests, Duke promises a luxurious retreat amidst the grandeur of the castle. Stained glass windows line the walls, casting a kaleidoscope of colors and bathing the space in a soft, ethereal light. Duke Room can either be set up as 2 Single Beds or 1 King Bed. This needs to be requested at the time of booking with Concierge.
