The home features a 3 bedroom 1 full bath ranch style home with full dry basement. No air. There is a deck overlooking Lake Erie with panoramic views, also a deck in the back yard with a gas grill and lots of yard for playing yard games with private drive all on level ground absolutely no pets! or animals due to severe allergies!

Our newly renovated Modern Contemporary Air Conditioned Cottage has 3 Bedrooms (sleeps 6), 1 bathroom, living room which is open to the eat-in kitchen equipped with gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and there is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. Our home is 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and about 2000sf. located on the shore of Lake Erie. 10 mins from Walnut Beach in Ashtabula and Conneaut Township park, 30 mins from Geneva-on-the-Lake, and 40 mins from Presque Ise in Erie, PA. With 2 living rooms and a hot tub, our home is ideal for a family vacation. Pet-friendly; beds for 6, plus 3 futons (groups larger than 8 must be approved by the host).
