Looking to escape the fast-paced life of the city? This 1920's updated farmhouse off the Blue Ridge Parkway is the perfect solution. This 10+ acre park features ponds, a creek, & a disc golf course. Return to the simple life by relaxing in the hot tub, or by lounging next to the rushing stream! In 2019, we expanded our vision & have built a timber frame barn (over 300 ft from the house), featuring a site (Wonderlust Acres) for weddings & events. The Stargazer calendar will be blocked for events.

Located only 10 minutes to West Jefferson, about 20 minutes to Boone, 35 minutes to Blowing Rock, 10 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway, and about 45-60 minutes to Sugar Mountain Ski Resort.

THIS IS FOR THE PRIVATE USE OF OUR DOWNSTAIRS APARTMENT IN OUR THREE STORY HOME--with a private entrance. This is a 1350 square foot unit. However, if you'd like to use the kitchen/dining room area, that is on the main floor you are welcome to do so. BUT there is a small kitchenette with sink, fridge, freezer, coffee pot, large toaster icen/air fryer and microwave in your unit. Two bedrooms and a third bonus- like bedroom with a full size futon and twin futon in it and a cool star light

Overlook the north fork of the New River from this cozy tiny cabin. From the riverside lawn you can fly fish, kayak, enjoy a campfire, or go on a lovely peaceful walk on a one-lane road along the river. The cabin is a 10-minute drive from the small charming town of Lansing with walking trails, park, and a cultural arts center, where pottery lessons can be arranged.
