A minutes walk and your at the Kootenai lake surrounded by our beautiful mountains. The Cottage has everything you need to cook ( or not) relax ... yes! and just lay back. Clean cozy and comfortable. Then of course winter brings us some really great cross country skiing. If you love down hill we have White Water Ski Hill .

Stay in our spacious, rustic log-home guest suite in a peaceful and private setting, surrounded by a rock-walled flower garden and a forest of fir, larch and cedar trees. A Peaceful and Private Studio Suite

A beautiful suite nestled in nature. It is located just outside of Balfour with access to the ferry landing, balfour store, a gas station and bakery. Ainsworth Hotsprings is a short 15 min drive, Kokanee Creek Provincial Park is 10 minutes away and Balfour Golf Course is even closer! Nelson and all its amenities is about a 25 minute jaunt. 4 wheel drive is recommended during winter weather as the last little stretch is a little steeper. Winter weather can be unpredictable.
