Located only 3 blocks from the beach, this beautiful and spacious home sleeps 8 comfortably with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. An attached observation tower is accessed via a ladder and features a lookout point toward the beach. You’ll love this vantage point of the wide windswept beach grasses, dunes and views of the ocean! It's also a great spot to stargaze or escape with a book in the afternoon!

2 Master Suites & 2 Pools- 1 story near the Beach

Our 1 story unit is a short drive to the beach (.5 mile), shopping, restaurants, & the city center. This 3 bed, 3 bath condo has it all! There are 2 master suites w/ King beds, a 3rd bedroom w/a set of bunk beds, & a loft bed, & another set of bunk beds tucked into a hallway nook. The kitchen is stocked w/dishes, appliances & all a cook could need. Washer/dryer right in the unit! 2 tropical pools, & a playscape for the kids! Large covered & screened patio. 2 parking spots right outside the unit.

2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, updated in 2020/21. Near Rockport beach, dedicated boat slip outside back door. Everything for a romantic weekend, fishing or family vacation. The Fair Wind is a beautiful, well appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath, second floor townhouse that sleeps 6, located close to Pirates Bay. Relax on the deck and enjoy a gorgeous view of the nature preserve. Vaulted ceilings, smooth wood floors, well equipped kitchen, roku tv's throughout. Approximately 1 miles from the beach and .3 miles to restaurants and shopping.
